The training programmes that I design for you, is based on your life style. This is to say that, if you prefer to go to the gym and train, I design training programmes that should be done at a gym using all the facilities there. If you prefer to train at home, this is also possible. I begin with giving you consultation on buying a few equipments and making your own home-gym, so to speak. Then, I design a training programme that can be done using the equipments that you have provided. And, Yes, it is possible to burn fat at home and gain muscle mass at home!
