I provide you with Education & Coaching along with the nutrition plan and training programme that I design for you!

My job as a Sport Nutrition Coach is more than just designing nutrition plans and training programmes for you. I equip you with education, guidlines and information about the plans and programmes that I give you so that you create an overall underestanding of why I have chosen a certain nutrients in your nutrition plan or certain movements in your training programme.

Let’s imagine that your goal is to get in shape, burn fat and gain muscle mass. After an assessment session, I design a training programme, let us say three times a week, and i design a nutrition plan that fuel your body with the right nutrition to create the body you wish. As an example of providing you with education and coaching, I should say that, I send you explanations on why you should eat some certain nutrients and do some certain movements. If for example I have written in your nutrition plan that you should eat two boiled eggs, one grilled potato and 100 gram cabage and one tomato, I will provide you with some education on why you should eat these certain nutrients and no longer than one hour after your training. When I send you the nutrition plan and the training programme via Telegram application, I will send you explanation in the form of voice file or texts and I educate you with guidline such as ”… After training, you have damaged your muscle fibers, and in order to gain muscle mass, you should consume protein to make muscles. Moreover, your body has consumed some portion of the energy saved in your tissues during training, therefore, you should eat carbs a8here, potatoes) to make up the lost energy and save energy both for recovery and as prepration for the next training session. My purpose by providing you with education and information is to make you realise what each nutrient does for your body thus how important it is to perform the nutrition plan and training programme thoroughly.

 

How does it feel to be in my hands as your coach?

Below, is what I provide you with when you choose me as your Sport Nutrition Coach!

  • Firstly, we will have an assessment session.
  • We will set up your goal, and determine a period of time to achieve it.
  • I design a personalised nutrition plan according to your budget.
  • Then, I design a training programme based on you will train at home or at a gym.
  • I will send the nutrition plan and the training programme to you via Telegram App.
  • Simultaneously, I will send you a voice/text file in which I have provided you with education on the reason why you should eat those certain nutrients and performe those certain movements.
  • In this way, you will realise what each nutrient and movement will do for your body thus how important it is to performe the designed plan and programme thoroughly.
  • The education will give you insights on what you can replace the nutrients I designed for you with, in case if you occasionally did not have the chance to eat based on the plan.
  • I will also send you videos of the movements so you can see how you should perform each movements.
  • You can continuously ask your questions via Telegram App, and I will answer them on a weekly basis.
